An engaging mix of new songs and old favourites from the erudite balladeer and Lennon-lookalike formerly known as Okkervil River. He’s never been particularly good at hitting the notes though, and tonight’s set sometimes threatened to break through that tenuous barrier between “good-ramshackle” and “did you guys even practice?”
