FIRE IN THE DISCO! FIRE IN THE DISCO! FIRE IN THE...TACO BELL! Yes, it's taken 23 years but I've finally seen Danger! High Voltage AND Gay Bar live. But Dick Valentine and co. aren't just leaning on past triumphs- they've released 15 studio albums since their heyday, and the two dozen or so songs played tonight that derive from those newer records are just as sleazy, high-energy and fun as what came before. A real good time!
